Dessert --- Chocolate Ricotta Creme

So, I'm waiting for the pants to finish for Jon for work tomorrow -- and I decided to make a dessert from the South Beach book..... mmmmm!!!!!!!!

Page 182 -- Mocha Ricotta Creme omitting the Espresso powder, cause I have none

It's actully good! I was skeptical, but this could qualify as a yummy dessert.

1/2 c. part skim ricotta cheese
1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 pkg sugar substitute

Mix together, serve chilled with dusting of espresso powder and garnish with 5 mini chocolate chips.
